You can cancel any time. When you do, you keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for — then it quietly settles back to Free. We don't issue refunds for partial months or years, but we also don't cut you off early. You get what you paid for, every time.
From inside Avklare: Billing → Manage Billing takes you to your subscription settings, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. No forms, no phone calls, no “are you sure you're sure.”
Nothing. Ever. Cancelling — or letting a trial lapse — never deletes anything. Your tasks, Habits, Timer history, everything stays exactly where you left it. If you come back next month, next year, whenever — it's all still there, waiting.
We don't offer refunds for unused time on monthly or yearly plans. At $3–$5 a month, we'd rather keep this simple than run a partial-refund calculator for everyone. If something genuinely went wrong on our end — a billing mistake, a double charge, anything like that — just reach out and we'll make it right. That's not a refund policy loophole, that's just us not being jerks about our own mistakes.
Your free trial is exactly that — free. If you don't convert to a paid plan, you're simply moved to the Free tier, no charge, no action needed. Nothing to cancel, nothing to refund, because nothing was ever charged.
